We deliver IT hardware and software across South Africa, quickly and securely. Free delivery on orders of R3 000 or more (incl VAT); a flat R150 applies below that. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days with tracking.

How much does delivery cost at AMEA Store?

Delivery is free nationwide on orders of R3 000 or more (incl VAT). Orders under R3 000 pay a single flat delivery fee of R150.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days anywhere in South Africa, shipped directly from our supplier to your door with tracking. Outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Does AMEA Store deliver across South Africa?

Yes — we deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa via reputable courier partners.

Are prices up to date and do they include VAT?

Stock levels and prices refresh automatically from our distributors throughout the day, and every price shown includes 15% VAT.

What is the return policy?

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded under the manufacturer’s warranty, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Custom-ordered or special-import items may be non-returnable — we always tell you upfront.

Do products carry a warranty?

Yes — all products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
